What's your EXCUSE?

Oh, how we love to make excuses!

In all honesty, we know that there are infinite possibilities. It’s actually scary sometimes, because, our dreams are not impossible but could really come true!!!

It is just a matter of focusing our thoughts and acting on it and it will happen!

A very simple rule, and yet we seem to always have our excuse!

You know what the truth is? The truth is, we know it is not impossible, we are simply lazy. So we make our long list of excuses!

Right?

- It is more convenient for us to watch TV all day than start working on that project that we have long been thinking of.
- It is more fun to talk about another person’s marriage failure and problems than to start looking at our own and doing something about it.
- It is more easy and simple to live day in and day out asking for support from parents and relatives than to start our own living.

We are so good at making excuses that we are even able to make others around us believe that we have no more choice.

Crap. We always have a choice.

We will always have a choice. Let’s not wait for the doctor to tell us we only have so much time to live before we finally start doing what we really love!

Shhhhhhhh … no more excuses, please!

  1. No one has excuse for not doing something he should have done. Regrets follow after one's failure to follow the right thing. Making excuses is no excuse for what happened.

  5. Yeah, all too often we don't actualize our potential because we hide behind our excuses. Some people are afraid to push themselves because of fear of failure; others are just lazy and would rather blame others for their failure.

  12. We make excuses to prove that others are correct. We make excuses to prove that we're like others who are irresponsible. We make excuses to prove that others are better than us. Making excuses does not make you credible and honest. Better keep your mouth shut to lessen your mistakes.

  20. Some are just too dependent with others that they make their excuses. some people envy other's people successes and consider themselves unlucky but in reality they are just not pushing through what they wanted in life!!:)

  22. Ouch. Haha! I may procrastinate but I still do my job. I dont think I ever had an excuse just because I was lazy.

  23. Yes, I do agree with you that we make a lot of excuses. We are what we are. We make our own destiny. We may have problems along the way, but we get that because it's a challenge, not a stumbling block.
